Spend less time collecting context
Before a customer follow-up, ask your connected assistant to find the relevant conversation and contact details. Omni’s Model Context Protocol (MCP) connection gives it access to permitted records, helping your team prepare with the customer’s history in view.
Choose what the connection can see
An owner or administrator grants specific scopes and external channels. Available tools cover conversations, linked contacts, ticket metadata and campaign status summaries. Internal chats and archived conversations are excluded. Reply preparation returns a preview for review; it does not save or send a message.
Set up a controlled connection
Open Tenant Settings → AI connections (MCP), create a named connection, choose its permissions and expiry, then copy the endpoint and one-time token. Your client must support Streamable HTTP and a custom bearer header; OAuth-only clients cannot connect directly. Administrators can revoke access and review tool activity. Ask us to help match a compatible client to your team’s workflow.
