Bring employee vCards together in a searchable, branded directory. Show or hide individual cards to decide which published profiles visitors can discover. Hiding a card from the directory does not make its direct link private.
Keep old card links useful
When deleting a vCard, choose another card in your workspace as its replacement. Visitors using the old card link are taken to the replacement profile, helping existing shares stay useful when someone changes roles or leaves the team. Select the replacement before confirming deletion.

Can we start with a small team rollout?
Yes. Start with a company workspace, assign team roles, and add capacity as needed. A paid 30-day Team pilot is also available without automatic renewal. Compare the current plans and packages, or contact us for setup help.
How does the free trial work?
Eligible accounts with a verified email can try a paid plan once for 14 days before subscribing. No payment card is collected and there is no automatic charge. Live payments, custom domains, API access, and custom SMTP are excluded from the trial.
Do I need AI to use Qardora?
No. Standard workspace tools and Apps forms work without AI. Voice, text interpretation, and MCP can be enabled separately for eligible plans. Apps requests need an internet connection and your confirmation before creation.
